Esther Grace Law was founded in 2019 for the purpose of providing more accessible, carefully curated legal services that are tailored towards the creative industry. Since the firm’s inception, we have represented a myriad of clients in the fields of fashion, design, photography, and fine art. We are dedicated to ensuring our clients thrive in their respective fields and are honored to be a part of their success.

Before founding the practice, Emilie worked as in-house counsel in the media industry and then as a photo agent and producer, collaborating closely with artists to protect their rights and maximize the value of their work.
Emilie’s expertise extends to copyright enforcement, trademark matters, image rights, and brand protection. In addition, Emilie manages the firm’s Pro Bono Program for low-income artists and small businesses.

Avery Grace Gibson, esq.

Avery is a seasoned attorney with over 10 years of experience handling transactional and intellectual property matters. Prior to joining Esther Grace Law, Avery served as in-house counsel for global artist management agency Great Bowery. Avery has spent her career working closely with artists, photographers, agencies, and commercial clients, gaining invaluable insights into the legal intricacies faced by all parties involved.
Avery’s expertise extends to copyright protection, license and production agreements, and commercial transactions. She is committed to providing strategic and practical legal advice to models, photographers, and designers to help them make informed decisions that protect their work and their brand.
